Mail can be directed to our PO Box or yours, from where
we will collect, open, sort and prepare/batch the mail
for digital scanning. Biz-Core uses the latest equipment
for automating some of the processes such as high-speed
mail opening and high speed sorting.
Imaging &
Digitizing
Using sophisticated high speed systems, with variable
resolution settings, Biz-Core can create digital images
from a wide variety of source documents, such as a business
form, facsimile, microfiche or microfilm. In the scanning
process, Biz-Core offers duplex imaging and implements
state of the art image processing techniques to automatically
register, de-speckle & de-skew the digital image
in order to deliver the highest quality. Many of these
tools have been custom-enhance in-house from vendor
tool-kits to better serve our clients requirements.
Data Capture
Based on the requirements of the application to be processed,
one or more of the following procedures may be used

Remittance &
Payment
Biz-Core provides wholesale and retail remittance processing
services to several clients. Specialized, high-speed
remittance processing equipment is used for retail remittance
processing to provide a highly automated and cost effective
workflow to the client. Wholesale processing often requires
a specific client oriented workflow designed, including
a combination of imaging, data capture, ICR/OCR, mark
sense and encoders/endorsers to meet the unique requirements
of a certain application.
Call Center -
Inbound and Outbound Calling
Biz-Core call centers handle both inbound and outbound
calling for a number of industry verticals. Outbound
calls are made to verify and complete membership or
credit applications, including follow-up to unresponsive
mail offers. Client Relations, Help Desks are examples
of Inbound Calling.

Digital Repository
Biz-Core offers our clients the opportunity to store
the digital image of their documents at our Digital
Repository. Encrypted and password-protected, authorized
individuals can retrieve these digital images through
the Internet from a standard desktop workstation.
Day Forward Processing
or Legacy Conversion
Biz-Core can perform Day Forward Processing or Legacy
Conversion on a project basis.
For day-forward processing, mailroom processing, imaging/indexing
and data capture processes can be performed onsite at
the Client premises or at a Biz-Core Center.
As companies or government agencies move to image based
processing, legacy documents must be made part of this
system. Biz-Core will provide an on-site team to scan
& indexing (convert) the legacy file (paper, microfilm
or fiche) and integrate it into the New Imaging System.
This is especially useful for applications such as personnel
files, financial/insurance documents, student files
and a wide variety of business applications.
