Document Management

From the initial delivery of discovery documents Biz-Core verifies the count, assigns a unique tracking number to each container, box or folder, this tracking number is utilized throughout the conversion process. Special care is given to identifying and retaining critical document information. Further, during the scanning (Imaging) process a unique number can be applied to each individual document; this number can incorporate any special schema that may be required by the support attorneys or paralegals involved in the case.

After scanning and indexing is completed the original documents are returned to their respective container, box or folder and are placed in a locked and secure storage area. A Quality Review of the images and 100% keyboard verification of the Index information is performed, followed by a Statistical Quality Control review for both data and images. These steps help ensure that the images and data are 99.95% perfect.

Document Imaging:

Biz-Core utilizes state of the art systems and software to provide the utmost in quality images and data. With 10 high-speed duplex (“front & back”), 200 page per minute scanners Biz-Core is capable of handling the mountains of documentation which often present some of the largest challenges in organizing discovery information. With Biz-Core’s experienced Litigation Support personnel along with its Digital Imaging and Indexing Quality Review staff, we monitor all aspects of the conversion process ensuring a reliable product and a strategic advantage in litigation.

Biz-Core is not limited to Imaging Discovery Documents; we can help you establish an on-site Image Based Library of important Documents, Books and Journals. These searchable digital documents can be provided to you in a variety of formats including PDF and simultaneously shared by authorized members of the firm.

Document Coding:

Digital (Web) Repository:

Biz-Core can deliver encrypted document images and indexing information through our secure FTP sites using a VPN, provide CD/DVD or establish a Digital Repository with access through the Internet.

A digital repository provides an opportunity for attorneys to easily share and manage large amounts of information from a secure, web-based location. Attorneys and paralegals can search and review documents within their authorized database.
