Biz-Core derives it market advantage from the fact that
it is committed to maintaining the highest level of quality
standards across the organization. This was achieved though
implementation of industry-best practices, established
models and methodologies and a corporate dictum to never
deliver anything but the highest quality of service.
We have a formal quality program and have been ISO
9001 certified since 1998. We are also in the process
of developing an integrated best practice framework,
which would integrate the requirements of ISO 9001 and
other industry standards such SEI-CMM, Sigma Six, PCMM
and SAS-70. This framework maps the principles of each
of these models to ensure processes are delivered according
to the established SLA.
At Biz-Core there is a strong focus
on Six Sigma. In 2003 a new corporate mandate required
that all new projects be executed under the Six Sigma
paradigm and we are on track to have all supervisors
Six Sigma Black Belt certified in the coming year.
Ultimately, customer satisfaction is
the key indicator of quality. Many of our Corporate
Clients have mandatory in-house quality control audits
to ensure that their vendor’s meet agreed to quality
standards, in all cases our clients report that we consistently
meet or exceed their standard. We also have well-established
processes in place to regularly obtain feedback from
our clients. This is another critical element, which
helps us measure and continuously improve our quality
standards. Finally, as a testament to our high standards
and consistent quality, many new projects are based
on either the recommendation from clients, or through
the expansion of business with existing clients.
